Terms of Use

By creating a Camera Quests account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to play.
- One account per person. Keep your login details private.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Playing fair
- Every Quest entry must be a new photo you captured yourself in the app during that Quest.
- No camera-roll uploads, screenshots, re-photographed screens, AI-generated images or other people's work.
- No vote manipulation, coordinated voting, multiple accounts or automation.
- Judging is anonymous. Do not try to identify or unmask other players.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you take. You grant Camera Quests a licence to store your photos and show them anonymously to other players for judging, and to display them back to you in your Trophy Case. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must briefly retain copies for safety or legal reasons.
Safety and conduct
Our Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent, harassing or invasive of someone's privacy is not allowed. We may remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, and reported photos may be hidden while we review them.
Real-world risk
Camera Quests sends you into the real world. You are solely responsible for your own safety. Never trespass, photograph while driving, enter restricted or dangerous places, or take risks for a Quest.
The service
Camera Quests is provided as is, without warranties. Features, Quests, timers and matchmaking may change. We may suspend or discontinue the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
